The exterior combines a mix of PGH bricks, Hebel and Permatimber cladding, creating a modern coastal façade with texture, durability and street appeal.

Inside, the home immediately feels spacious thanks to the 2.7m ceiling heights and oversized 2340mm high doors used throughout the property.
